My stuff I'm leaving include single stove, rice cooker, standing fan, homemade display/pc table (I was bored) also a 29inch Sony TV, all which you can take with you if you choose to move out in future.
Rent: Only 580 monthly. Maintenence (RM20) and utility bills you cover on your own. I average about RM60 in total for both monthly.
